Summary: Charged a £83 “balance” on arrival that I had to pay in order to check in, even though I explained that I had paid in full when booking with Hotels.com ! Breakfast served not hot, warm at best! Bar & restaurant staff inexperienced & clearly not bothered. Poor customer service.
