Positive: Location was good and easy to get to, which can sometimes be tricky down south Devon lanes! Good space for a family of four. not overlooked by anyone or anything other than a few cows!

Negative: Stepped access, although ok for us it is not wheelchair or baby buggy friendly, there is probably another way in for that but we haven't noticed any information on that. The TV remote barely worked even with new batteries, we got over it and I will notify the owner as they may not have been told by anybody, not a dealbreaker though. The small outside patio is begging for a Hot tub !

Summary: Overall, really good.
