Positive: Superb location with stunning views of the amazing estuary which changes so much with every tide. This felt like we were staying at a friend cottage not a rental property. Everything you need: books to read, games to play, a jug for making Pimms, more than one size of plate, two sets of wine glasses, somewhere to rinse the wetsuits... I could go on.

Negative: The attic room could get warm in the evenings.
