Positive: Location.The Scotsman (didn't get his name,he was extremely efficient, polite , humerous ,knowledgeable . Matt the young barmanwho kept us organised and polite . Orla the l9vely young lady al9ng with the other housekeeping staff that kept our room and other room pristine. The showers were also great 👍. We had a lovely three day stay ..oh and the breakfasts were great !!A potential

Negative: The overall appearance outside needs some attention . Some of the window seals need attention as the outer frames need re painting alone without repair eork . Some corridor doors need re painting especially in heavily used areas as stair cases and corridors. .our bedroom was quite small although the paint on the walks was modern it made th room laappear much smaller incomparrasion with the other rooms we saw. The outside area near the reception steps needs sorting with ore plants and thesupport railings up the steps ps to the rection area look like scaffolding poles. Overall a very building that needs attention asit disntreflect the nice area. The front of the place needs a good paint. It has so much potential and with a bitof creative thought it has the potential to be a proper gem.
