Summary: No hot water or heating. Despite attempts to fix the problem by the hotel, we had to check-out and find alternate accommodation. We understand boiler issues happen, but when the staff were questioned about it they were insistent there was not an issue. We did subsequently receive a refund for our booking and the Owner/Director did later acknowledge that there was a problem and sorry we had to endure the consequences.
