The property enjoys wonderful open views over neighbouring countryside with an incredible open vista. The Space:
A well-equipped kitchen contains an oven and four-ring hob together with a toaster, kettle, cafetiere, refrigerator and dishwasher. Double glass panel doors open onto a pretty courtyard garden, perfectly positioned to enjoy the countryside views.On the ground floor, a lobby serves a cloakroom and a double-width shower room and there is a large storage cupboard too.
From the kitchen a spiral staircase leads to the first floor which contains a comfortable Super King size bed (which can be separated into two single beds if required). There is also a seating area with a further dining table and double doors opening onto a Juliet balcony with a lovely outlook over a mature copse to the rear. A range of skylights provide a glimpse of the setting sun between the exposed roof rafters.
The garden contains a bench and a table with parasol for dining alfresco and is enclosed by a tall fence to provide plenty of privacy. The owners of the property keep Alpacas which are a constant source of amusement! To the front, the property is approached via a sweeping gravel driveway which leads onto a spacious private area of parking with access to an EV charging point.
