Green Lodge has the best of the old and new, the old part retaining its cosy feel, whilst the new part is light and spacious and looks out over the most stunning scenery that surrounds it. Totally private and totally for you!
Dating back to the 19th Century, this delightful detached stone cottage sits amongst spectacular scenery and is ideally located in the lovely Cumbrian village of Eskdale Green ( and a pub within walking distance! )
The large kitchen is fully equiped with a double oven cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and many other amenities.
Leading from the kitchen is the conservatory breakfast room, which then leads into the large conservatory. This has comfortable seating and a dining area, with wonderful views of the garden and surrounding area.
There is a cosy sittingroom and dining room in the old part of the cottage with facilities for coats, shoes and wellies, TV, armchairs and settee. All centrally heated.
Upstairs the bedroom houses a king sized bed and clothes storage facilities.
There is a large, modern bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin, toilet and heating.
The cottage has internet connection and a telephone that can be used for incoming calls and local calls out.
Outdoor tables and chairs, BBQ, lawn and patio are in a totally enclosed garden. ( Please inform the owner if you would like to take a pet. )
