Set across three levels - a spacious bedroom on the top floor, large living room on the 1st floor and kitchen-dining room & bathroom on the ground floor. Very close to central London - Elephant & Castle station, Peckham Rye & Denmark Hill Stations. Bus stop around corner. 24-hr grocery store & bottle shop across the road, & a Tesco supermarket 5 mins away. No Parties please. Easy check in. The space This building was recently commissioned by the owners, who are a local family who grew up in the neighbourhood, and still run a business across the road. We are their neighbours and run several AirBnbs. A note on the sleeping arrangements: There is a bedroom on the 2nd floor with a double bed and ensuite toilet. The living room is on the 1st floor with a large comfy sofa one person can sleep on and a foldaway mattress that another can sleep on. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/dining area. There is plenty of space for four people to share this large and airy space. If you want a tasteful and luxurious base for your stay in London you have found it! There are Two lovely cafes (Fowlds and a Spike & Earl) within 5 minutes walk, a bar and venue nearby, lots of local fast food places as well as Camberwell Green ten minutes away with tonnes of lovely pubs and Cafes. The real bonus of this location is the huge and wonderful Burgess park just five mins away! Let us know if you have a baby as we can leave baby equipment for you. Guest access This is for the entire property - so you will have full and private access to the entire building. Interaction with guests We live 2 mins away and look after this property for the owner who runs a business across the road, so there is always someone on hand to help day or night, but you have complete privacy in the house. Other things to note This property is brand new and has been finished and furnished to a high standard. Absolutely no parties and please respect this lovely home.
