Positive: Quiet location away from houses. Attractive scenery. Good central heating. Comfortable lounge.

Negative: Twin bedded room with one bed having no access except climbing over the other bed. Just doesn't work. Needs reconfiguring. Double bed comfortable, but twin beds a little too firm. Broken blind in kitchen.
