Welcome to our gorgeous one bed flat in the heart of trendy Dalston (zone 2) - one of East London's most-popular boroughs. With an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, pubs and theatres, you'll find every amenity you could possibly need on your doorstep - with brilliant transport links to the rest of London. Our home is on the 16th floor of a purpose-built development with stunning views across the city from the large, private and quiet balcony. There is also a residents' gym on the 2nd floor. The Space: We've no doubt that you'll fall in love with our flat, but if you're able to tear yourself away from the wonderful views, you'll find excellent bus and train links to the rest of the city and beyond - just 2 minutes from the front door (Dalston Junction station). All the essential home comforts are covered, including sky TV and a fully-equipped kitchen should you wish to eat in. Our living room is large and very homely, but you'll probably choose to lounge on the balcony instead. Please enjoy free use of our high-speed WiFi, washing machine, iron and dishwasher. We are very happy to supply hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Dalston is a thriving social hub, and our home is right in the middle of it all. You'll find yourself with many options of cafes, shops, pubs and theatres all within walking distance. If you're looking to do some grocery shopping, you can find a Co-op just 2 minutes walk away around the corner from our home. Get on Kingsland road and you'll see a Tesco, just 2 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer's Food Hall is also on the same road. Cafes are also aplenty, with the nearest being just downstairs from our home; Cafe Route. For restaurants, we recommend Mildred's and Farr's School of Dancing - both just 2 minutes away. Looking to experience some arts and culture? The Arcola Theatre is just 2 minutes walk away. Want to walk around in some greenery? Travel up to Hackney Downs, just 10 minutes by bus! Getting Around: Our home is strategically placed in lively Dalston in East London and is just 1 minute walk away from Dalston Junction, where you can board the Thameslink and Overground services and get to any part of London with ease! Walk around the corner from our home and you can find plenty of bus stops on Dalston Lane, the closest being the Dalston Junction Bus Stop G, H, and K, all just 1 minute walk away. The tube from Dalston Junction to Shoreditch takes about 6 minutes. Getting to central London is fairly easy, board the tube from Dalston Junction and reach Oxford Circus in under 18 minutes! For drivers, ticketed parking is available on Beechwood Road, just behind the flat. Uber and taxis are also widely available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
