The Space: This newly refurbished home comprises of 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom and large open plan kitchen/living area with modern appliances and a smart TV The Neighborhood: The property is set in a quiet and safe residential area just 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park. There are endless cafe's, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, or central London can be reached within 20 minutes by the nearby tube (Bow Road - 8 mins walk). Other Things to Note: -All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process. -There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group. -You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21. -In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year. This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short! -If you fail to arrive within 1 hours from the scheduled check-in time, a late check-in fee will apply as I do not leave on site. -There are late check-ins fees after 10pm. Charges for late check-in/out: -£10 charge for each hour you are late for check-in -£20 charge if you are more than 1 hour late and we have to reschedule check-in completely. -£50 charge for check-ins between 10pm-12am midnight -£70 charge for check-ins after midnight. -£10 per hour (each hour after 10am) late check-out fee.
