This delightful, warm house is set over 3 floors and sleeps 8 people comfortably right next to the lovely Wimbledon neighbourhood, walking distance from where the Tennis Championships are being held.
SITTING ROOM
Enter the house and find the sitting area on the left hand side of the corridor. This room offers a comfortable sitting area consisting of a sofa, a chaise longue and a coffee table, nicely set by the fireplace and facing the large flat screen TV which has access to Amazon and Netflix. The room is decorated with statement pieces of artwork.
LIVING ROOM
This room is located next to the sitting room and offers a bench, a fireplace and an upright piano, perfect for creative and relaxing moments with friends and family.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Adjoining the living room, the open –plan kitchen and dining area boasts natural light, space and offers sleek cabinets and worktops. A dining table for 8 people is placed under the skylight and there is a breakfast bar with 4 stools by the glass doors leading to the garden. This kitchen is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay including a fridge, freezer, electric hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
