It is an ideal house for families and makes for easy, safe, fun living with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, complete with a tree house. Children are bound to have fun here and with the addition of an outside relaxing area, the adults will have their own space to kick back and relax!
If that wasn't enough, there is also a hot outside shower in the area to the side of the property, ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Bicycles and surf boards can be stored here too.
Inside the property you'll find a light and spacious first floor open-plan living room, with ample seating for guests, that features wooden floor throughout, a wall-mounted log burner and a Juliet balcony with table and chairs.
Just off the living room is a playroom filled with games and books that is perfect for the younger family members.
A beautiful, fully-fitted and very well equipped modern high gloss kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy family meals together.
Due to its central location, Seascape will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance of Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions.
