Skysail is close to Portmellon and its beachside "Rising Sun" restaurant with "the taste of the sea and highly local farm-to-table meat and vegetarian dishes". Beach BBQ and restaurants are also to be found nearby at Carylon Bay and you can take the Ferry to Fowey from Mevagissey Harbour or can hire a small boat or just laze on a day trip around the coast or just a dolphin trip from the harbour.
