Positive: Rose view is a modern building at the side of the owners home , it has its own sidegate entrance which made it private. We used it as a bolthole to go to a local festival. The weather had turned bitterly cold but the heaters were quick to warm us up. The facilities were as stated and great tips regarding the facilities were provided. We only met the owner briefly on arrival but she was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: There were 2 keycodes given for the property, one for the gate to enter the side of the property and one for the annex itself, however there was no second lockbox or key to the door for us to lock it. Our things were perfectly safe and we assumed there'd been some previous misadventure and the owners were going to rectify it.
