Our little house is located right in the heart of Swanage, renowned as a lovely English seaside town.
With restaurants, pubs, beaches and the downs all within a few minutes stroll, just leave your car in our dedicated parking space and enjoy!
Our house is a unique self contained property right in the heart of Swanage.
With a well equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, and comfortable living area, it makes a great base to explore the lively seaside town, spend a day on the family friendly beach or go for hikes through the glorious surrounding countryside.
There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a super king size.
In the living are there is a sofa bed which opens out into a large double bed.
The dining table has room for eight.
Guests have full access to everything in the house including unlimited internet wifi and flat screen smart TV. The kitchen includes double oven, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The property is right in the heart of Swanage and if you do not want to cook you have a choice of English, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Greek food all literally within a two minute walk.
There is a huge choice of pubs and great seafood.
Swanage is a holiday town and there is a whole host of activities available including sailing, rowing and jet ski-ing.
The area is also very popular with cyclists, rock climbers and fossil hunters being part of the Jurassic Coast
The main family beach is only two to three minutes walk, so there is no need to carry the huge bags down there as you can always pop back to house.
A short drive will take you to beautiful isolated beaches or to the famous bays of Warbarrow and Tyneham
Once you arrive, you could just park up and forget the car. The area is very popular with cyclists, but be warned the hills !!!
There are buses that will take you to the beautiful nature reserve and beautiful beach at Studland, or you can ride the Steam Train to visit the outstanding Castle ruins at Corfe.

PLEASE NOTE:- The house is in the centre of the town which is lively town especially at busy times or during one of the festivals that take place. The house is situated just off the high street so be aware that noise from the pubs etc. can be heard at night.
