HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking/fire allowed.
3. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. However, keep them always under supervision.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please keep the trash in the bags before you leave.
7. Please respect the noise curfew (after 10 pm).
8. Please turn off the appliances after use.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £ 10.
11. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances. You have to pay for damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do wash your dishes.
14. When you go outside, please put off all the switches.
15. Pets are allowed with extra fees of
£10 for the whole stay. Please do not leave the pets alone in the room and we do not allow pets on the beds. Please bring their food and bedding with you.
16. Please do not eat food on the bed.
17. Please close the door when you go outside.
18. We have CCTV cameras at all the entrances for guests' safety.
19. Cooking is not allowed in the room.
