Positive: We stayed in this property for 10 days, and overall, had a pleasant experience. Location: The location is very convenient, being close to Sale and Altrincham. There is also a Tesco Express nearby, which was helpful. Facilities: The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and most necessary utensils. The kettle and toaster are basic but functional. The fridge-freezer is a good size, and a washing machine is available. There are also plenty of coffee and tea options provided, which was very handy. The living room is a reasonable size; however, the carpet appears quite worn. The dining area is nice, and the dining table can be converted into a pool table, though we did not use this feature much as we were mostly out. The bedrooms upstairs are of decent size. However, the smallest bedroom contains double bed , and the closet there does not open. Two of the bedrooms had good-quality mattresses, but one mattress was of poor quality and uncomfortable. House is in a quiet street. Good options for walking around.

Negative: Communication: Communication could have been better. Our request for an early check-in was unclear and left in uncertainty. We were not explicitly informed that early check-in was not possible and only learned later that the check-in time was strictly 3:00 p.m. Facilities: There is a small annex in use in garage so there is no complete privacy. Please note that the property has only one shower and an additional WC downstairs. Bathroom: There is only one shower room in the house, and unfortunately, it is not fully enclosed with glass, causing water to spill onto the floor, which is inconvenient all the time. On our first day, the bathroom drain was completely clogged. We had to request assistance to fix this issue, and the process of getting help was not smooth. After some follow-up, someone eventually came to resolve it. Other Issues: The TV remote was not working. Despite multiple requests, this issue was never addressed. The garden was not tidy and appeared neglected, with a lot of weeds growing. We were generally happy with our stay and had a good experience, but there are certainly areas for improvement, particularly in communication, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
