Positive: The property was quite a bit smaller than we had imagined, especially the bathroom and shower, although everywhere was well presented, clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to contact and was always at hand when needed.

Negative: The hot tub is an enormous faff!! Yes it takes 3 to 4 hours to heat which isn’t too much of a problem… However…. You have to revisit the fire which is in a very tight spot every 30 - 40 minutes to check the burning wood. This means you can’t leave the property during this time. It is very easy to get dirty and smell of smoke (although you are given a glove).. so a normal heated hot tub that you would many times, we just used this one twice.

Summary: Beautiful place, lovely quiet location. Not for avid hot tub users
