The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool and spa share a heat pump, so they cannot be heated at the same time.

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
There is parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
