This recently renovated Victorian terrace 2-bedroom flat is on a residential street so it's quiet, yet just a 1 min walk to Finsbury Park, 5 mins to Kings Cross and Euston, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and Leicester Square.

Guests have complete access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is before 11am. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check in.
£50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item plus shipping costs.
