Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge, this apartment is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and is the perfect place for up to 2 persons looking to explore, work, or just have a weekend away with cafes, restaurants and local pubs less than 5 minutes walk away.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with a built-in wardrobe.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower.
Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest, and basic toiletries provided for your stay.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining room with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV with your favourite Streaming Apps installed - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus, with free to air TV programs. All connected to a Super Fast Wifi over 100Mbps for work or play.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, small fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is free off street parking available for guests to use within the apartment complex. Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short 5 or 10 minute walk away.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated next to Cambridge train station (3 minutes walk) there is an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. There is also a Sainsburys Local supermarket. Or walk to trendy Mill Road (4 minutes) with other cafes, restaurants and shops to visit. It is a short distance to many of Cambridge's world famous universities and attractions, or take a bus from the local bus terminal at the station, which covers most locations around Cambridge. This is the perfect location for all occasions.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
