The space
Shabby Chic styled Victorian former Station Master's home. As you walk into the property you are welcomed by a lovely, bright open plan layout. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table area. A laundry room leading off the kitchen with a all you need. The back door opens onto a private garden, perfect to laze around in the summer. The spacious lounge is open plan with TV, books and toy box for you to enjoy. The dining room has seating for 8 people perfect for entertaining. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, two of which are spacious rooms with king-size beds. The 3rd room has two single beds and the 4th room is a small room with single bed. Family bathroom is nice and big with bath and shower. The property is located on the station and is opposite a woodland "Oxshott Heath" for amazing dog walks. Easy access to A3, Airport Heathrow / Gatwick, ACS Cobham, Playgrounds, Tennis Club, Doctor.
