We will normally accept up to two dogs. with six guests.
We have a secure off-road parking bay for 1-2 cars for the sole use of guests.
We are delighted to revert to our pre-Covid rental policies so our check in time has been changed to 1pm.
We will also provide a welcome pack of food essentials including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, and ham and a chilled bottle of wine, which will be ready waiting in the fridge for when you arrive. If anyone in your party has any food alergies at all, please advise us and we will not include this welcome pack.
Well suited to two families sharing, this recently modernised three bedroom bungalow benefits from a modern designer kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine, family bathroom and one bedroom with an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin.
The property is well equipped with TV, DVD and free unlimited wi-fi.
Outside there is a secure, good size rear garden with a bar-b-que and bench, so that you can make the most of every al fresco dining opportunity. At the front of the house there is a large terrace with a circular bench and seating from where the views of the harbour and estuary can be savoured.
The bungalow is located around four minutes' walk from Padstow harbour and even less to the Camel Trail.
From the living room, master bedroom and front terrace, you can see the white sandy beaches of Rock, the ferry making its regular estuary crossing and the plethora of sailing craft, speedboats, and fishing boats as they thread their way around the estuary. To the north, it is possible to see the surf breaking on the beaches as far as Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Turning towards the south, you can see the River Camel well beyond the old railway bridge as it winds its way towards Wadebridge. In summary, these are some of the very best views available in Padstow.
The master bedroom has two matched single beds that will be configured to your requirments before your arrival as either a super kingsize bed, or two singles. The second bedroom benefits from a double bed and has the added advantage of an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds.
Clean linen and towels are provided weekly but guests will need to bring their own beach towels. There is parking available in the secure parking bay, or on the road directly in front of the house. depending on other bookings, we may be able to offer early check-in and late check-out times but ordinarily, check-in is anytime after 4p.m. and the property should be vacated by 9a.m. on the morning of departure.
For rental periods charging a weekly rate of £850 or less, a £10 per night, per guest surcharge will be applied for more than four guests.
