Positive: This property has everything we were looking for. The communication before we got there was great, with very good directions. The parking spot that was described was right in front of the cottage. When we arrived, everything was in great shape and the place was very clean. The living room was comfortable with 2 chairs, a couch and a smart TV. Then the kitchen is also on the ground floor and had everything we needed to make several meals there. It had all the supplies we needed; pots, pans, spices, a dining table and a nice big fridge with freezer. Up the stairs is the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is very nice, with a desk, side tables and nice bedding. The bathroom is very nice. It has a nice shower, a big tub and a nice sink with counter space. The neighborhood was quiet and the only noises were cars passing by the cottage in the lot. There was an issue with the TV, but the host responded quickly and solved the problem. When I’m in the area again, I will look this place up first for a nice stay.

Negative: The parking spot was not always available for the 6 nights we were there. I think there was an event there and it doesn’t appear to be a reserved spot. The check in time seems a little late at 1700, so it was dark when we arrived.

Summary: A very nice, quiet place that is very cozy and is well equipped.
