Retaining many of its original features, this beautiful coach house offers a welcoming, spacious home for those looking to explore Norfolk. The exposed copper pipe work, original beams and sloping 1st floor adds to the character and charm of this quirky 1750s coach house.
Comprised of 4 bedrooms, the property features 1 super-king bed, 2 king's and one twin bedroom (2 singles). All bedrooms are located on the upper floors, with the twin bedroom located on the mezzanine level.
Please note the stairs leading up to the twin bedroom, known as "paddle staircase" with alternating steps are not suitable for children or anyone with any kind of mobility restriction. We would advise this room is best suited for children 12 years and above, and would like to stress that the bedroom does have low wooden beams and so would certainly not be suitable for everyone (if you are in doubt we would advise you to contact us prior to booking).
There's two full bathrooms at the property, one full family bathroom with separate shower and bath, and a second bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, both on the upper floor. There's also an additional W/C on the ground floor.
Guests will not be short of space to relax and unwind, with two separate living spaces, one on each floor of the property. As with all the rooms across the home, the living rooms are exceptionally well furnished, with considerable thought having been put into the décor. For entertainment there's a Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, books, and board games.
The upstairs living room benefits from a log wood burner, and also a small balcony with table a chairs - a perfect spot for a morning brew!
The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked, offers a terrific space and is ideal for cooking, large family meals, with an abundance of countertop space, a kitchen island and even a small dining table. The kitchen facilities include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric oven (there is an aga at the property but this is out of use.). A separate dining room offers seating for maximum occupancy, ideal for big family dinners!
At the rear of the house is a picturesque courtyard garden, with outdoor seating and dining along with a BBQ.
