The Space: Our 1 bedroom apartment which is brand new throughout. It is based within a purpose built block, within walking distance to the Hagley Road and an array of shops and restaurants. Birmingham City Centre is less than a 5 minute drive away, or a 20 minute walk, ideal for a weekend shopping trip or perhaps a swanky evening meal in the Mailbox! The apartment comprises an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, finished to a high standard and fully furnished with quality furniture. There is a comfy sofa that doubles up as a sofa bed, with a thick mattress and easy function, ideal for extra guests staying. The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure guests can do some cooking should they wish without having to worry anythings missing; then just pop everything into the dishwasher once you're done and let the hard work be done for you! There is also access to a large balcony with a table and chairs, great to sit and relax on a summers evening. Down the hallway you gain access to the fully tiled bathroom with a hot powerful shower, or relax in a bubble bath if you prefer! The luxurious bedroom has been designed to ensure a comfortable sleep in a sumptuous space. The mattress has a memory foam comfort layer to ensure a great nights sleep and there's plenty of space as its a King Size. Two hanging rails give space to hang your clothes, whilst a dressing table and stool is ideal for getting ready. We have aimed to create a super stylish yet comfortable and functional space for our guests, to ensure you have a great stay. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the whole apartment, for their use only during their stay. The apartment is within a purpose built block and therefore access is via a main door and communal hallways (including a lift should it be needed) to the apartments own front door. The Neighborhood: Contact us for local recommendations for restaurants, bars, attractions etc. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet, yet is within a mile from Birmingham City Centre. Getting Around: A couple of minutes from the centre of Birmingham Just over a mile away from Arena Birmingham Bullring, Mailbox and Grand Central less than 10 minutes away Queen Elizabeth Hospital around 10 minutes University of Birmingham around 10 minutes Other Things to Note: There is CCTV covering the exterior of the property for security purposes. We do not accept parties or excessive noise in the property - if this occurs, you will be asked to leave immediately. Interaction with Guests: We like to give guests their privacy to enjoy the space to themselves. We are at the end of a phone call/ message at all times, and should a visit be required we are also local to the property :)
