Positive: We needed some accommodation for the Manchester marathon and for this the location was perfect. The flat was as described, a few things were a bit loose and needed to be fixed, like the shower head and the blinds.

Negative: Communication is awful. It is run through a central agency in London. We were asked to let them know about our arrival time which we did and to confirm it once we landed. Despite this we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for someone to turn up and then telling us that they'll be back in about 10 minutes because there were other guests in other properties waiting for them. That is unacceptable. There is only seating for 2 around the dining table and the description says that there is free on site parking which is incorrect.
