Nyth Y Goedwig Hut is fully insulated and has everything you need for that perfect "rustic" getaway without compromising on quality and convenience.
Nyth Y Goedwig is situated on a private section of grounds. You enter the via a shared driveway but have exclusive parking for 1 car, and secluded river access directly from the hut.

Nyth Y Goedwig, translated "Forest Nest" is situated on the edge of a woodland opposite an RSPB reserve overlooking the fast flowing Afon Cym Mynach river just north of the stunning Mawddach Estuary facing the iconic Cader Idris mountain range. The delightful Welsh market town of Dolgellau lies just 3 miles east and boasts some quaint cafes and fantastic restaurants. 6 miles to the west is the picturesque and bustling habour town of Barmouth with its glorious sand dune beaches and plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Nyth Y Goedwig is also blessed with being just a short walk or drive (about half a mile) across the estuary via the toll bridge from the recently renovated George III pub.
