On some occasions, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place so we may not be able to facilitate this. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use your own fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
