The perfect place for a group of up to 5 people people (plus one young child) looking to explore, study or relax. The flat is in a prime location, just a few metres from the train station, close to the City Centre and the cosmopolitan Mill Road . The flat features an open plan living/dining/kitchen space, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace.
The Space:
The living room is light and airy with fantastic views. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring the city or a busy day at work. Bedroom one has a lovely double bed and bedroom two has two singles. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. The living area has a brand new double sofa-bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a shower over bath.
Guest Access:
There is coded access into the complex and guests can then take the lift or stairs to the apartment which is on the third floor.
Getting Around:
You'll be super central when staying in our apartment and can reach anywhere by foot, bike or scooter. We have a gated courtyard to store bikes and scooters if needed. If travelling by car the station car park is next door and the daily fee is £12.50 and weekly fee is £48 which is the cheapest car park Cambridge has to offer!
