Cabins have many character features including, vaulted ceilings, raised verandas, hot tubs (extra charge of £99 / stay if required) at selected cabins and wood burning stoves in most cabins. In addition to the peace and quiet of the log cabin locations the surrounding area provides an amazing natural playground. There are forests, burns, rivers, castles, mountains and lochs to explore and enjoy. The area has a proliferation of walks, bike routes and local attractions and is a world renowned destination for anglers. wildlife-watching available at Dalavich is as good as it gets in the UK. Pine Marten and Red Squirrel are common and Osprey nest nearby. You can also see Golden Eagle and Sea Eagle, Red, Roe and Sikka Deer and an unparalleled amount of bird life. Many visitors are captivated by the area, as we were, and return time and again to the shores of Loch Awe.
