The apartment is a good sized one double bedroom with hallway leading to the open plan living area, bedroom and modern bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a built-in wardrobe and also available are other storage facilities including a chest of drawers and bedside tables. An additional wardrobe is also situated between the living area and the kitchen.

The bedroom is our favourite - apart from from the super king-size bed, it comes with a size-able wardrobe with full length mirror doors and shelves. Because we know you'll most likely spend more time in this stylishly decorated bedroom, we have, in addition, provided another TV, for your entertainment and comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster together with cookery, cutlery, dinnerware, cups and a variety of utensils for your convenience and enjoyment.

Being in the Town Centre there's potential for noise — vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Northampton’s North Gate Bus Station and the rail station are only 5 and 10 minutes’ walk away respectively. The Silverstone Circuit is only 15 miles west of Northampton and if you're driving you can be there in just about 22 minutes via M1 Junction 15A and through the A43.

The popular Northampton Market Square, cultural, boot and shoe quarters are located just a stone throw away. The Northampton University (Waterside Campus), The General Hospital, Royal and Derngate Theatre, The Grosvenor Centre, The Guildhall and All Saints Church are all within a walking distance of the apartment.
