This industrial style loft flat is great for friends and family, sleeping up to 6 people with 2 beds and 2 baths and a spacious living room.
The apartment has a huge living area with spiral staircase and large windows providing plenty of natural light-fantastic for entertaining with friends. There's a private roof terrace with views across London.
The flat is located 5 min walk from the nearest DLR Station, and you can be in the centre of London in 25 minutes.
Set within an old victorian factory, the apartment is split over two levels and has wonderfully high ceilings and windows and many industrial features. The ground floor is made up of large open living space with television, seating area and dining table. A great space for entertaining.
On the upper floor is a mezzanine with pull out sofa bed and excess to the roof terrace area. From this area you can also access the two bedrooms and upstairs bathroom.
In bedroom one is a super-king bed, that can also be split into 2 single beds if required. The second bedroom has a standard double bed.
Guests will have access to the entire property.
Located along the Limehouse Cut canal, the area of Bow and Mile End were once industrial hubs within London. The development itself is located within a gated community within an converted Victorian dog biscuit factory! Take a walk along the canal or to Tower Hamlets cemetery to view the historic grounds.
