Beautiful three-bedroom duplex flat with fully equipped kitchen and terrace. It is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Maida Vale. Great connexions to central London and very short commute to Heathrow Airport via Paddington. This is the perfect pad for families or friends visiting London and looking for a place where they can relax and feel at home after a long day of sightseeing or working. Great internet connexion and comfy beds. The Space: The apartment is very modern yet homie and cozy. It is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen (with fairly new appliances), very comfortable beds and a terrace. The flat is split into 2 floors: 1st floor (where all the bedrooms and bathrooms are): - There is a master bedroom with an ensuite with a shower and toilet. - A bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids - A bedroom with a comfy double bed - The main bathroom with a bath and toilet - The beds will be prepared with clean linen and towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay. 2nd floor: - Open plan living room and kitchen - There is a TV and a big and comfortable sofa in the living room, perfect to relax when you are back home. - The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need during your stay. There is also a dining area with a large table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. - There is a washing machine and a dryer There is a toilet in both the main bathroom and ensuite, both on the first floor of the flat where all the bedrooms are. I provide clean and fresh linen and towels for each stay. Guest Access: All parts of the house. Interaction with Guests: My property is managed and a team will be available to respond to any questions when you have them. They will show you around upon check-in and help you with directions or other questions you may have. The Neighborhood: Maida Vale characterised by leafy streets, independent shops, mansion blocks and the Little Venice Canal. It is a quiet area with organic cafes and gastropubs with a strong foodie following. The two main draws of Maida Vale are arguably the location and the canal. Central London and Regent's Park are a walk or a speedy tube ride away. Paddington station is a 20 minutes walk, making it perfect for people travelling from Heathrow as the train to Paddington takes only 15 min! Getting Around: There are 3 undesrground stations close to the flat, the 3 of them are within 10 minutes walk from the flat. Royal Oak and Westbourne Park have access to the Circle Line (yellow) and the Hammersmith and City Line (pink). Maida Vale has access to the Bakerloo Line (marron) which takes you to central London. Warwick Avenue is the closest tube station on the Bakerloo line. There are a number of buses too that take you to central London and other parts of the city. Buses 6, 414 and 36 take you to Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. Late check-in fees: - For check-ins between 21:30 and 23:30 and 07:00 and 09:00 there is a £20 fee - For check-ins between 23:30 and 01:00 there is a £50 fee - For check-ins between 01:00 and 07:00 there will a fee. For security reasons: - We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. - We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you can not be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information. About the property: - This is a top floor flat, with 3 flights of stairs and no lift so it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility - Due to the height of the property, the water for showers is supplied by a tank and pump. Guests should not have more than 2 showers at the same time, or a bath and a shower together. They should give at least half hour between 2 showers to fill the tank, otherwise problems can be caused with the pump.
