The cottage sleeps eight people in five bedrooms over two floors, three double and two twin with four bath and shower rooms. On the ground floor is a dining room, a kitchen, a sitting room with gas fire, a sun lounge and a family room. Outside is a big enclosed garden with lawn, terrace with furniture and barbecue and a gate to a field leading to the South West Coast Path, plus parking for four cars. With spectacular sea views, Landcombe Cottage is a lovely house for a family holiday by the Devon coast.
