Positive: Although this is a remote location it was absolutely perfect for my wife, our two grown sons, and their partners. Hiking right outside the door. Amazing sea views, close to the ferry to the Orkney's. There is a lovely small pub there as well as a distillery and you are quite close to Wick for groceries. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook for six easily. I would highly recommend!

Negative: I really don't have anything bad to say. We did have one colder rainy day, but you are in the Northern Highlands and the cottage had a wonderful wood stove that we enjoyed while sipping on some Old Pultney and playing cards.

Summary: Beautiful and Modern place to enjoy the Northern Highlands. Highly Recommend!
