Lovely kitchen and living room, gas central heating and wood burner, located in a convenient town location but tucked away in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Crediton High Street, an ideal base for exploring Devon.
The cottage is full of character and has been sympathetically renovated to make the most of the features, including a beautiful natural timber staircase.
The large stone fireplace and wood burner in the living room, keeping the cottage cosy in the colder months and providing a gorgeous focal point. The kitchen has been modernised, with a solid oak block working surface, a range of base and wall units, integrated cooker and gas hob, washing machine, American style fridge/freezer and opens through to the living room. The oak tops provide a useful breakfast bar and the oak shelving acts as a natural divide between the kitchen and living room.
