KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is situated on the ground floor next to the living room and boasts natural light coming through the glass doors leading to the garden. The kitchen area has everything you need, including gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a dining table for 8 people. Two armchairs are set next to the dining table and by the fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a meal.
UTILITY ROOM & WC
The utility room is fitted with a washing machine and a separate WC and single wash basin and is located next to the living room.
MASTER SUITE
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom offers a comfortable super-king sized bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a sofa by the windows. The en-suite bathroom features a combined bath tub and shower, a WC and a single wash basin.
