This lovely house is set over 4 floors and sleeps 6 people comfortably with Battersea Park, River Thames and Chelsea's King's Road on its doorstep.
LIVING AREA
Enter the house directly into the spacious and warm living room. A comfortable sitting area consisting of 2 sofas, armchairs and a coffee table is placed by the fireplace, facing the flat screen TV. At the end of the room is a further sofa, a pouf table and a fireplace and the room is decorated with statement pieces of furniture and artwork. Natural light comes in through the large glass doors leading to the small terrace. One of the sofas can extend to become a double sofa bed, sleeping an extra 2 guests, if needed.
KITCHEN & DININIG ROOM
The kitchen and dining area is located in the lower ground floor, down a flight of stairs from the entrance level. The kitchen area has a beautiful and unique circular design and is fitted with gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table sits 6-8 people next to which is a large corner sofa and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing with friends and family after a meal.
STUDY
On the lower ground floor landing is a study area with a desk and bookshelves, placed by the glass doors leading to the small patio.
LAUNDRY AREA
The laundry area is also located on the lower ground floor landing and features a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
WC
On the ground floor, next to the living area, is a WC with a single wash basin.
FIRST BEDROOM
Located on the first floor landing, this bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, 2 small wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
SECOND BEDROOM
Spacious and elegant, this charming bedroom offers a king sized bed, beside cabinet and a chest of drawers, boasting lovely pieces of furniture and decorations.
FAMILY BATHROOM
This immaculate bathroom is located on the first floor, next to the second bedroom, and features a WC, a single wash basin, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.
TERRACE 1ST FLOOR
On the second floor landing is a terrace, fitted with a small table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments and breakfast al fresco.
MASTER SUITE
Located on the second floor, this room features a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and a single wash basin. Just opposite the bathroom is a separate WC with a single wash basin.
