The very comfortable living room is adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen. Great for relaxing in the evening and excellent if you prefer to cook at home There is also a TV with Freeview channels to keep you entertained.
The glass double doors lead to a peaceful and private garden at the back. This is fantastic for spending sunny days outside or even having a cup of your favourite hot drink in the morning.
There are two bedrooms, one with a very comfortable king size bed and the other with two bunk beds. They will all be dressed in top-quality sheets and snug pillows, ensuring you get a good night's rest.
Lastly, towels and toiletries are provided in the well-appointed en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy an energising shower in the morning, or a relaxing wash at the end of your day!
You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.
Tufnell Park is one of the most eclectic areas of North London which incorporates a number of different postcodes and suburbs.
It straddles the border of the London borough of Islington and the London borough of Camden and is well known for its colourful and diverse lifestyle.
Historically, the area was associated with dairy farming and was known as a rural area well into the 19th century.
In modern times, it has become noted for the various redevelopment projects that have taken place there, although major works have occurred in the area since the late 1800s.
The area once used to be the sole domain of wealthy merchants, artists and musicians, but over the years, the influx of new immigrant communities, regeneration work and building projects has meant you can meet people from different backgrounds and walks of life in this part of the capital.
All of this has all helped to contribute to Tufnell Park becoming the thriving metropolitan hub that it is today, which now incorporates a much vaster area of North London.
The flat is located 10 minutes away from Tufnell Park Underground station so you'll never have a problem getting around.

Please be aware of "school zone" parking rules. Here's what you need to know:-
- The School zones are marked with street signs and sometimes manned during the enforcement hours
- Enforcement hours would be 8am-9am and 3pm-4pm from Mondays to Fridays (in school term times) during which if you drive on the road to and from the flat you may receive a ticket
- The rules do not apply if the guest vehicle is parked in the off-street parking that comes with the property during enforcement hours
- The rules do not apply if you drive on the road to and from the property outside the enforcement hours
