Summary: The hotel is in a lovely area, in a quiet street near beautiful London park. The staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Room small but had very nice shower and comfy bed. Little sofa to sit down was also good. Nice lighting options. My only reservation was the room was cold, it took a while to resolve the issue and this was very disappointing. The swimming pool was very nice, but steam room and jacuzzi not working, which was a real shame and one of the reasons for booking this hotel.
