Summary: Lovely hotel but my 2 kids and I were put in a room with no air conditioning and a heat death trap. The staff then pretended they didn't know the air conditioning wasnt working when clearly one could see it hadn't worked in days! We were then handed a portable fan that could barely stand up! Never staying again
