Situated on the edge of a working farm, this delightful abode features a cosy lounge with a log-burning stove, two spacious bedrooms and an enclosed garden overlooking the idyllic countryside. Should you wish to explore the area, you are perfectly placed to explore Perth and Dundee, while St Andrews, Stirling, Edinburgh and the Highlands make for great days out.
The space
This newly renovated property begins with a stylish and cosy lounge, beautifully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a crackling log-burning stove. It's the perfect place to watch TV and socialise after a day of exploring.
Meanwhile, the modern kitchen/dining room features everything you will need to self-cater with ease including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, while the dining table seats four guests.
There are two delightful bedrooms that have been decorated with calming colour tones, high-quality soft furnishings and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another with zip and link twin beds and a hallway bathroom next door.
