Based on a quiet road a short walk to Brixton Hill and 10-15 minutes from Brixton underground station, our home is well located for your stay in London for up to 2 guests.
The flat is on the first floor with stair access and consists of a cosy, homely living area, complete with corner sofa, smart TV and a desk as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
The spacious master bedroom will be made up with hotel quality linen throughout your stay and offers ample storage for you to make yourself at home.
Our bathroom, with a large shower will be stocked with towels and toiletries to ensure you're comfortable.
Brixton is a fantastic neighbourhood with a wealth of things to eat, see and do, right on your doorstep as well as great transport links which can help you navigate around the local area and into central London with ease.

The property is well situated to get you around London. Brixton underground station (Victoria line) is within a 15 minute walk of the flat and offers direct access into the city, including Green Park, Oxford Circus and King’s Cross.

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
