Welcome to my home!

Tastefully decorated, this chic family home with 97 m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting. It has access to a lovely backyard with outdoor furniture for those sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

Two bedrooms have a double bed, while another two bedrooms have a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled at the foot of the Pentland Hills and close to Bonaly Country Park, our home in Bonaly is the perfect place to experience all Edinburgh has to offer. Walks in the Pentlands will provide you with some of the best views of Edinburgh and allow you to escape and explore in peaceful surroundings.

Our home is conveniently positioned less than 1 minute from the bus stop, where the number 10 bus will take you to the centre of Edinburgh within 25 minutes should you wish to explore all of the city's tourist attractions, shops and sights.

Bonaly Store is located around the corner from our home (1 minute away) for any essentials you may have forgotten or need to pick up. A larger Co-op is available in Colinton Village, a 10-15 minute walk or a 2-minute drive. There are several options for eating or drinking out within Colinton Village, such as Dante's Restaurant, the Colinton Inn, Osteria Dei Sapori and the Spylaw Tavern.

Spylaw Park is also home to the Colinton Tunnel, decorated with Scotland's longest historical mural and well worth visiting while exploring the area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
