This beautiful ground floor home has easy access to central London via Northfields station, which is only a 5 min walk away. The home is great for business colleagues or also families! It has 2 double bedrooms but also an additional sofabed for extra guests. Great living space and a private back garden with outdoor table! This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to our home! We have a large living space to relax in, with a big corner sofa and an additional sofa-seat that coverts into a sofabed. You can also use this as a bench if you need extra space at dining table. The TV has Smart Virgin media TV (catch up, apps etc) and super fast wifi (90 mbps download!) is free and accessible within the home. The fully equipped kitchen and dining for 4 people (but could seat extra). Fridge and separate freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster! Bathroom with bath and power shower. Two good size bedrooms with queen beds and lots of storage. Private back garden with patio and table and chairs to sit out and relax! Guest Access: You will have private access to the flat during your stay. Interaction with Guests: I will arrange for someone to meet you when you arrive at the flat. If you need any assistance during your stay there will be someone available to help. The Neighborhood: In the heart of Northfields and around 5 mins walk to the station. Direct links into central London via Piccadilly Line and also direct tube to Heathrow. Northfield Avenue is 5 minutes walk for all your food and bar needs! Other Things to Note: The home is listed as single level - there are two steps down to the 2nd bedroom and 1 step up from the path to front door. The home sleeps 6 but please be aware there are two double bedroom and then a sofabed which folds out to floor mattress and is best suited to 2 children or 1 adults max! Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, but please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM.
