This stunning country house is the perfect place for a getaway with family, friends & babies!
This impressive country estate has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and beautifully manicured gardens with a hot tub, lake, fire pit & outdoor entertainment spaces for soaking up those summer evenings.
The house is tastefully decorated & it feels inviting & homely. There are two log burners, one in the kitchen & another huge one in the living room. Logs are provided together with lots of board games for fun, cosy nights in!
Our home has plenty to offer with its twist of modern combined with character, such as its Grade II listed fireplaces, quirky layout and stone mullion windows.
Enjoying beautiful views of the grounds, this property is a hidden gem in the highly regarded village of West Morton.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a boot room and a spacious kitchen / dining room with all modern appliances.
The lounge has a huge log burner and there is Sky TV and plenty of board games for cosy nights in.
The sunny conservatory overlooks the gardens and is a tranquil place to sit and read a book with the sun streaming in or spend the afternoon relaxing in the hot tub.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and separate dryer and downstairs loo too.
The master bedroom has a state of the art Sapporo Sleepmotion Adjustable TV bed with surround surround and a huge ensuite with a deep inviting bath and a separate shower unit.
There are a further two double bedrooms both with en-suites. There is also a study on this floor with seating for two and lots of workspace.
On the second floor there is an entertainment room and a fourth bedroom which has an ensuite and an open plan dressing area / wardrobe space.
The fifth bedroom is the nursery with a small double sofa bed.
I had triplets here and have left a lot of items for babies that will be really helpful if you’re travelling with little ones. There is a travel cot with a bassinet; a Sleepyhead mattress; two baby bjorn bouncers; a jumperoo; a baby bath & towels; two play gyms; baby crockery & cutlery; bottles; a UV steriliser; formula prep machine & bottle warmer. So you should be all set if travelling with babies!
The driveway is vast has has space for parking for numerous cars.
This house is set within private grounds which consists of multiple gardens including a vegetable patch, wild garden, fire pit, lake, and further enclosed fields which are perfect for your furry friends!
There are amazing hikes nearby with Ilkley Moor being right on your doorstep! There are lots of places of interest to visit nearby: Riddlesden Hall; St Ives Estate, Ilkley, Haworth and Saltaire to name a few!
