Eve Lodge is one of a pair of delightful matching Grade 2 listed sandstone gatehouse lodges at the main front entrance to Pudleston Court, built in 1846. Located approximately 5 miles north of Leominster and set amidst a stunning backdrop of beautiful open countryside, lakes, ancient woodland and carefully tended grounds, Eve Lodge is ideally suited for a quiet, romantic getaway for a couple but can accommodate an additional couple or two children. ,please note for additional guests will be extra charge of £80 per guest per night. Fresh air, peaceful country walks, and a welcoming cosy woodburner to return to – all hidden away in rural north Herefordshire and just waiting to be discovered.
Upon entering the property there is a downstairs shower room and WC to the right, and the entrance hall leads through to a fully-fitted kitchen with open-plan lounge. There is wooden flooring throughout and a woodburner in the lounge area with free-standing Smart TV. The ground floor open-plan lounge includes a double fold-away bed to sleep 2 persons, for instance another couple or two children. The lounge area is open-plan and therefore it is not private and the downstairs shower room is closeby but it is not en suite.
From the lounge there is access to an enclosed garden with sauna, hot tub and barbecue area.
Leading up to the first floor bedroom is a remarkable glass-walled spiral staircase bringing streams of daylight into this charming property. The cosy first floor double bedroom has a small en-suite fitted with bath, overhead shower and WC and a wall-mounted TV.
The property is pet friendly and the woodland is easily accessible and only meters away. It overlooks the lake where you can do some fishing and is of historical interest.
Parking is at the rear through the wrought-iron front entrance gates with ample space for two vehicles.
