Positive: The apartment was clean and had lots of helpful amenities. It was in a good location with a bus station a three minute walk away.

Negative: We did experience a few issues with the apartment as a lot of the facilities just seemed a bit too old. Firstly, the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to close and ended up getting stuck on day 3. The toaster also stopped working after the second use. There were three fans in the apartment and two of them broke within the first hour of being there. One of them broke as we went to switch it on and the other one fell without anyone being close to it - this was dangerous as there were kids sat in front of it watching the TV and it could have caused a serious injury. The communication with the owner was not good enough. We messaged in advance asking for an early check in, as we would arrive at 1pm and check in was 3pm, and recieved no response. When we arrived we ended up being told we would have to check in at 3.30pm. As well as this, we messaged the owner about the fans breaking as soon as it happened and he said he would order us more fans, but this did not happen, which was unfortunate as we stayed in the apartment across the hottest days of the year.
